Previous Media Coverage

Before the incredible honor of being the Grand Prize winner of the Google Science Fair, I was one of the top 3o finalists of the Society for Science and the Public’s Middle School Program in 2008. Entering the project I had done in 8th grade on creating a new, eco-friendly material, I had the opportunity to go the finals in Washington D.C. and was actually elected as the student speaker and got to speak at the final awards ceremony.
